Life is a celebration(Conditions Apply)

Life is a celebration (Conditions Apply)

Of all the creatures in the world, humans are physically the most ill-equipped. A human cannot fly like a bird, outrun a leopard, swim like an alligator, nor climb trees like a monkey. A human doesn’t have the eye of an eagle, nor the claws and teeth of a wild cat. Physically, humans are helpless and defenseless; a tiny insect can kill them. But nature is reasonable and kind. Nature’s greatest gift to humankind is the ability to think. Humans can create their own environment, whereas animals adapt to their environment.

Sadly, very few people use the greatest gift, the ability to think, to its full potential. Life is a celebration, if you think so. Have an eye to see goodness in others. Failures are of two kinds: those who did and never thought and those who thought and never did.

If you think you are beaten, you are

If you think you dare not, you don’t!

If you like to win, but think you can’t,

It’s almost a cinch you won’t.

If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost;

For out in the world we find

Success begins with a fellow’s will;

It’s all in the state of mind.

If you think you are outclassed, you are

You’ve got to think high to rise,

You’ve got to be sure of yourself before

You can ever win a prize.

Life’s battles don’t always go

To the stronger and faster man,

But sooner or later the man who wins

Is the man who thinks he can.

What do you think?

                              Shhh!….It’s a Secret!

Your parents were not as boring as you see today; they ended up becoming like this due to the stress and strain of bringing you up. Nobody can replace your parents, love them, speak to them, spent time with them…that’s all you can give them.

From parents to the Man in your life:-
Men have always been a mystery to women. There hasn’t been a time when women haven’t puzzled over why men do the things they do. But men are not as mysterious as you think. A real man is mature and grounded on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. A real man likes to have a woman who is playful, independent, emotionally mature and who makes him feel intense attraction.

Children are gifts from heaven. As parents, our role is to recognize, honour and then nurture our child’s natural and unique growth process. We can learn a lot from them.

Don’t be so judgmental about people around you. Small people talk about other people, Think Big and be different from the rest.

You can lead an amazing life in the midst of challenges, if you know yourself well and have the ability to understand others.
Good things come when you feel good about yourself. Love yourself first, then everything else will fall into place!

Be a better person

The Olympics is a lifetime event. Lawrence Lemieux stopped racing in an Olympic yacht race to help a fellow competitor who was in trouble. The whole world was watching. His priority of safety and concern for other people’s lives was greater than his desire to win. Even though he did not win the race, he was a winner. He was honored by kings and queens all over the world.

Money will buy a great dog but only kindness will make him wag his tail.

Kindness is the language the deaf can hear and the blind can see. It is better to treat a person with kindness while he is living than display flowers on his grave when he is dead. Kind words never hurt the tongue.

Nobody is going to remember how rich, beautiful or intelligent you were after your death, but they will remember how you made them feel.  It is never too soon for kindness because we don’t know how soon is too late.

“Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and wrong. Because some time in our lives we would have been all these ourselves.” – Lloyd Shearer

DON’T QUIT

Let me share a famous life history with you. This was a man who failed in business at the age of 21; was defeated in a legislative race at the age 22; failed again in business at age 24; had his sweetheart die when he was age 26; had a nervous breakdown at age 27; lost a congressional race at age 34; lost a senatorial race at age 45; failed in an effort to become vice-president at age 47; lost a senatorial race at age 49; and was elected the president of the United States at age 52. This man was Abraham Lincoln.

Henry Ford forgot to put reverse gear in the first car he made.

Thomas Edison failed approximately 10,000 times while he was working on the light bulb.

Do you consider these people failures? They succeeded in spite of problems, not in the absence of them. But to negative thinkers, it appears as though they just “got lucky”.

All success stories are stories of great failures. The only difference is that every time they failed, they bounced back. This is called failing forward!! Success in life is not measured by our position in life but by the obstacles we overcame to get there. Success is not measured by how high we go up in life, but how many times we bounce back when we fall down.

An English proverb says, “A smooth sea never made a skilful mariner.” Everything is difficult before it becomes easy. We cannot run away from our problems. Only losers quit and give up.

Fall in love……..

Love is a word which brings a lot of emotions and memories to us. True love is unconditional, pure and divine.

Look around you – the rain, the breeze, the flowers, the birds…….Aren’t they beautiful? Then imagine the one who created it. Isn’t He marvelous? Fall in love with the Creator - whatever name you call him. People work hard, enjoy their life, provide all the worldly pleasures to their families and then realize the true meaning of life and turn to spirituality in their later years. The truth is that in youth you consider success, money, materials, knowledge, work, friends as your strength. But later in your life with all these knowledge and experiences you realize that God is the ultimate truth, it is in Him I should have trust and hope.

Be wise, don’t wait till your retirement, you never know what will happen to you tomorrow!!

Who is stopping you from being happy?  ..... it is YOU.

Happiness is not a destination, it is a method of life - Burton Hills.

There are many reasons for us to be happy and content in our life, but unfortunately many of us see only the dark side to it. We should be happy because we are alive. We should be happy because we are privileged to see, hear and move. We have parents, relatives & friends. Visit people who are less privileged than you and me, you will definitely appreciate the blessings in your life.

I personally feel man needs only 2 things in this world to lead a fulfilled life—Peace and Happiness.  Our knowledge, job, money, relatives and friends everything ultimately leads to these 2 things.  Make peace with you. Make happiness a habit. Let’s together spread positivity and happiness in this world.

Make each day your masterpiece, Life is now. Be happy.
